About The Role

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven, high-energy Europe & LATAM Partnerships Manager to join our International Partnerships team. Working closely with the Director of International Partnerships, this role is focused on building, managing, and scaling high-performing B2B agent partnerships across Europe and Latin America, driving student recruitment growth for our London-based programmes.

This is not an account maintenance role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B agent sales and new business development, someone who is proactive, resilient, and motivated by targets and commercial growth.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced international environment, work effectively within a global team, and be confident building relationships across diverse markets and cultures.

For an informal discussion about the role, please reach out to Richard on [email protected].

Own revenue generation across your regions, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through strong commercial execution and relationship management.

Market Expansion
Research regional trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to expand market presence and increase partner performance in underdeveloped territories.

Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and partnership engagement within HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), ensuring strong pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and programme teams to support partner success, improve conversion performance, and develop market-specific campaigns and materials.

Remote Team Collaboration
Operate effectively within a globally distributed remote team, demonstrating strong communication, accountability, and collaboration across time zones.

Sales Activity & KPIs
Consistently deliver against outbound sales KPIs including partner meetings, outreach campaigns, webinars, presentations, and conversion metrics.

Travel
Represent the company at international events, conferences, partner meetings, and recruitment fairs. Travel will be required across Europe and LATAM throughout the year.
