About The Role

As a School Programmes Associate, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery, coordination and development of our in-school careers provision. You will take ownership of our One Day Workshops, ensuring that every visit is engaging, well-organised and delivered to an exceptional standard.

You will be responsible for briefing delivery staff, managing workshop logistics, developing high-quality careers content and leading workshop delivery within schools. Alongside this, you will lead the creation of new programme content and support the continued growth of our in-school offering.

What you’ll be doing

  • Workshop coordination: lead the coordination of our One Day Workshops, briefing delivery staff and liaising with schools to confirm key details and logistics
  • Content and resource management: prepare workshop slides, resources and supporting materials for delivery teams, ensuring workshops are delivery-ready
  • In-school delivery: deliver engaging and impactful workshops within schools, setting the example for delivery quality and supporting the team in developing their delivery confidence
  • Travel: travel regularly to schools across the UK and internationally to deliver workshops and represent InvestIN. This is a delivery focused role with 1-3 days per week typically spent delivering in schools.
  • Content Development: create, update and improve existing workshop content and resources, ensuring content remains reflective of the latest labour market trends and key employability skills
  • Emerging projects: take ownership of the creation of brand new InvestIN content, projects and concepts; notably our brand new through-school offering, The Dukes Diploma
  • Summer Support: demonstrate your adaptability by leading one of our work experience programmes during the summer season
The Details
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  •  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible hours); occasional weekend work with time off in lieu
  • Location: Hybrid (2 days in Victoria office, 3 from home)
  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
  • Start date: August/September 2026

These four workshops are designed to support students at each stage of their career journey; from Year 7-8 students as they explore their skills and interests, through to Year 12-13 students preparing for recruitment processes. These workshops are full day, interactive experiences, with all content designed and delivered by InvestIN staff and our highly regarded delivery style.
