About The Role

 

About the role 

As the Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality written content and deliver effective email campaigns that engage our key target audiences: students, parents and teachers. You will play a central role in shaping our communications across email, blog, website and print materials, helping to strengthen InvestIN’s brand and grow our reach.

Reporting to the marketing lead and working closely with colleagues across the team, you will upskill in email marketing strategy and campaign delivery, including the use of email platforms such as Klaviyo. During the summer, you will have the opportunity to support with the delivery of our summer programmes, ensuring a high-quality experience for students.

You will be a strong communicator with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude, an eagerness to learn, take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced and collaborative team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a leading role in the planning and execution of email campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling and performance tracking
  • Help manage automated email flows using platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Write high-quality, personable and persuasive copy for emails, blogs, website and print materials
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, including planning, writing and scheduling content.
  • Contribute to the wider content strategy, ensuring consistency of tone and messaging across channels
  • Work with the wider team to develop lead generation campaigns by producing guides, quizzes and resources that support outreach and attract new interest in our programmes
  • Support the smooth delivery of our summer programmes (approx.. 10-15 days per year)
  • Assist with the execution of webinars and live events

The Details

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible hours); occasional weekend work with time off in lieu
  • Location: Hybrid (2 days in Victoria office, 3 from home)
  • Salary: £30,000
  • Start date: May/June 2026

About You

About You

  • Outstanding written communication, proofreading and editing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and proactive in getting things done
  • Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving
  • Ambitious and driven to learn new skills, including marketing theory, software and tools
  • Strong self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or another role that involved significant writing, editing, or proofreading responsibilities.
  • Desirable: Previous experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Desirable: Experience writing or optimising content for SEO.
  • Desirable: Previous experience presenting and public speaking skills
  • Desirable: Previous experience working in the education sector or directly in a school
